blank "desktop" + unzip big files

hi there

sometimes after closing a Document i have an empty space with ~"no doc selected" (german "Kein Dokument ausgewählt") with no possibility to access the file-manager. i have to use another App to open something in Files. Then everything seems okay again.

I also had no success unzipping big zip-archives like those

iFiles for example is able to do that by using libzip (see help>legal). it would be great if Files could handle bigger Archives

OK first thing is a matter of Screen-Orientation (iPad 1, iOS 4.x). Sometimes the Menu disappears. Just turn your Device (unlock rotation) and it re-renders correctly.

Hi Chris,

I couldn't find any zip files at the link you mentioned. Can you link to a zip file which fails to open and we'll investigate.
