windows cannot access

When I try to connect my win7 64bit computer to files with either Bonjour or url i receive the error message "windows cannot access http://XXX" where XXX represents the bonjour address given to me by files. Whats up?

Hi,

Does the IP address based URL work if you enter it into a web browser? If not there may be a problem with your local network set up.

The Bonjour URL will only resolve if you have iTunes installed (which includes Apple's Bonjour stack).
